The water tower was built from the ground up in 1989. It has a kitchen and living room on the first floor. The second floor has a bedroom and bathroom, while the third floor has a studio. This has been used as a bedroom in the past. Great views from all rooms.

The main house and guest apartment both enter onto the south facing porch. It is a great place to sit and enjoy the views of the yard, pond, village and ocean. Use it to have a leisurely meal in a very private natural setting.

Village Farm has an underground wine cellar and separate root cellar. For years, the cellars have produced exceptional wines and preserved the produce from the vegetable garden. The cellars have stone walls, old growth redwood timbers, and wine racks.
